In a few short months I will be licensed to do counseling for women with prenatal and postpartum related concerns as an independent therapist.  I will offer this service in your home either weekly or biweekly depending on your concern.  At this time I will not be taking health insurances, although I will be able to give you a receipt for submission to your insurance company which may be reiumbersed in full, or count towards a deductible.  My rate is $45 per hour for anyone living in Columbia, Dutchess, or Ulster Counties.

• previous birth trauma
• postpartum depression
• helping you decide medication or not, and what that means for breastfeeding
• parenting concerns with older children
• attachment/bonding concerns
